Professional Services
Today’s Voice, Data & Converged Network architectures require the technical knowledge and experience of knowledgeable Consultants, Project Managers, and Network Engineers. Envision’s Professional Services excel in this arena, and have a solid track record assisting Hawaii businesses with their IT decisions and planning.
Envision on Demand – EOD
Envision manages our Retainer Engagements and Sole Sourced projects by offering discounted “Pre-Paid Labor Units” . Pre-Paid Units utilize several levels of technical resources, where the appropriate resource is assigned depending on what is needed (i.e. senior network engineer vs. a cabling technician) . The pre-paid units are good for a 18 month period from date of purchase.
They can be used for routine Preventive Maintenance tasks, fill the need for “Smart Hands” performing system back-ups or other tasks which require on-site activity, and for general Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) where cabling, patch connections, testing, and turn-up activities are required on site. In essence Envision becomes the “one-source” for any activity required to support a Customer’s Communications Infrastructure or IT requirements.
