40 Year Evolution of a Hawaii Solutions Provider
Envision began as a partnership between Tel-A-Com Hawaii, Inc. and Hawaiian Communications, serving Hawaii since 1972. Hawaiian Communications was the first private telephone company in Hawaii and Tel-A-com was founded by Dr. Richard Kelley, CEO Outrigger Hotels, in order to service the Outrigger Hotel’s PBX systems. In the Mid 90’s the company was part of a nationwide voice and data solutions provider called Expanets.
Envision embraced Voip technology in its infancy in the late 90’s, installing the first customer Voip PBX systems in Hawaii. Our expertise in Voip is based on the problem solving of network requirements in these early deployments.
Today as a locally owned and managed voice and data solutions provider, Envision sells and services Voip Telephone Systems, Video Conferencing, Wireless Data Communications, Cable Infrastructure and Data Switching, Routing and Security products from our portfolio of solutions from Mitel, Digium, NEC, Lifesize, Aerohive Networks, Extreme Networks, HP and Cisco.
Envision employs 45 of the state’s most experienced voice and data technicians, engineers and customer service representatives who support close to 3000 customers on all islands. Envision provides island wide local support with technicians who live and work on Oahu, Maui, Kauai and Kona.
To be Hawaii’s recognized leader in solving business problems with Networked Technology Solutions and provide an environment for our employees to grow personally and professionally.
To be our clients most trusted business partner.
